This project involved renovating and extending a detached house in Milltown, Dublin 6. We reconfigured the interior structure to create larger, flowing spaces, and made the rooms at attic level habitable. Simple forms and high-quality materials were used to maintain harmony with the surrounding houses. Sustainable features such as rainwater harvesting, solar water heating, and a geothermal heat pump were implemented. The result is a modern, spacious home that blends seamlessly with its environment.
