This project presented an opportunity to transform four separate modern apartments into a luxurious holiday retreat. Located in a contemporary development surrounded by serene grounds, the task at hand was to combine three of the apartments into one while leaving the fourth as a separate guest residence.

To connect the two levels of the apartments and add a touch of glamour, we broke through the cast concrete floor and created a new double height staircase hall. This inviting space was lined with warm oak panels and featured a modern staircase with stainless steel handrails and balusters. The combination of materials added a touch of elegance and sophistication to the interior. By establishing this stunning staircase hall, we added a visual centrepiece that drew attention and created a sense of wonder within the space.

Our careful interiors scheme also contributes to the resulting luxurious yet cozy holiday retreat, inviting guests to relax and immerse themselves in the beauty of their surroundings.
